Dieser optimierte Filamentsensor ist speziell für den Orbiter2 Extruder von LDO Motors entwickelt und kann direkt mit dem Orbitool USB Toolboard des Extruders verbunden werden. Gegenüber der Vorgängerversion wurden zahlreiche Verbesserungen vorgenommen und nützliche Funktionen ergänzt:

• Automatisches Einziehen des Filaments
• Erkennung von Filamentverwicklungen
• Erkennung, wenn das Filament aufgebraucht ist
• Taste zum Entladen des Filaments
• Integrierter Mikrocontroller
• Entwickelt für die Nutzung mit der Klipper-Firmware, aber auch mit anderen Firmware-Optionen kompatibel

Erkennung von Filamentverwicklungen:

Sollte sich das Filament verheddern, wird mehr Kraft benötigt, um es in den Extruder zu befördern. Der Sensor identifiziert diesen erhöhten Widerstand und stoppt den Druckvorgang, um den Benutzer auf das Problem hinzuweisen.

Die Erkennung wird aktiviert, wenn die benötigte Zugkraft länger als eine Sekunde 2 kg überschreitet.

Integrierter Mikrocontroller:

Ein 8-Bit-Mikrocontroller auf der Platine übernimmt die Filterung der Signale und die Überprüfung auf Plausibilität, um Fehlalarme und Störungen zu vermeiden.

Statusanzeige für Extruder und Sensor:

Der Filamentsensor ist mit einer Spannzangenklemme ausgestattet, um PTFE-Rohre sicher zu verschließen, und verfügt über einen RGB-Leuchtring zur Anzeige des Status:

• Rot: Kein Filament erkannt
• Grün: Filament erkannt
• Blau blinkend: Filament wird entladen
• Gelb blinkend: Filamentverwicklung erkannt

Der Geflechtsschlauch Rot  in der Farbe Rot bietet höchste Flexibilität und ausgezeichneten Abriebschutz. Die Farbe passt perfekt für die VORON 3D-Drucker.

Er lässt sich schnell und einfach auf das zu schützende Objekt aufschieben und passt sich unregelmäßigen Formen und Konturen perfekt an.
